Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
Overall responsibility for the maintenance of buildings, machinery, equipment, and operational resources
Technical and organizational leadership of the maintenance team (work assignment, scheduling, coordination of vacation time and overtime)
Planning, organizing, and implementing maintenance, repair, and renovation work
Coordination and contracting of external firms, requests for proposals, and price negotiations
Responsibility for statutory inspections of equipment subject to mandatory inspection
Responsibility for safety training and safety-related issues
Collaboration on machinery acquisitions, process changes, and building additions and renovations
Supporting management in investment and grant projects
Responsibility for waste disposal and waste management
Completed technical training (HTL plant foreman, etc.)
Experience in the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and buildings
A reliable work ethic and a willingness to perform
A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
A dependable team player who works independently and in a structured manner
Strong organizational skills and cost awareness
Very good written and spoken German

This position offers a starting gross monthly salary of EUR 4,400.00. The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed in a personal interview.
