Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
Overall responsibility for the maintenance of buildings, machines, systems, and operating resources
Technical and organizational management of the maintenance team (work allocation, scheduling, vacation and overtime coordination)
Planning, organization, and implementation of maintenance, repair, and conversion work
Coordination and commissioning of external companies, requests for quotations, and price negotiations
Preparation and support of audits (ISO, trade authority, internal & external audits)
Responsibility for statutory inspections of equipment subject to inspection
Energy management (electricity, PV systems, energy consumption)
Organization of administrative procedures and cooperation with experts
Material definition, purchase requisitions, checking delivery dates and invoices
Responsibility for safety training and safety-related issues
Collaboration in machine purchases, conversions, building additions and renovations
Supporting management in investment and subsidy projects
Responsibility for disposal and waste management
Completed technical training as a master electrician or HTL degree / engineer in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
Experience in the maintenance and repair of machining equipment
Basic knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating technology
Several years of experience in maintenance with management responsibility
Knowledge of statutory inspections and occupational safety
Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and cost awareness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Proficiency in common computer programs (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
Very good German and English skills

This position offers a starting gross monthly salary of EUR 3,800.00. The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed in a personal interview.
