CNC manufacturing

Our machine park consists of 58 modern CNC machining centers.
A perfectly coordinated CAM system, which converts the CAD data for our machining centers during the work preparation stage, ensures that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.

Thanks to the optimized CNC control of our systems (Heidenhain), we achieve a high degree of automation in production.

CNC turning

We use CNC turning to manufacture highly complex components with up to nine axes.

Our lathes machine materials such as aluminum, stainless steels, titanium alloys, and plastics, among others.

The CNC lathes are equipped with bar feeders, driven tools, and various series production devices.

We manufacture individual turned parts as well as parts for small series:

Processing area:
  • Diameter: 3 to 350 mm
  • Component length: up to 800 mm
Automation :
  • Rod loading magazine

  • Snatcher

Diameter of the chuck part size:
  • At least 3 mm

  • Maximum 350 mm

Rod diameter - part size:
  • At least 3 mm

  • Maximum 80 mm

  • Lathes with 2 to 9 axes

CNC MILLING

With our 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, we can carry out complex drilling, milling, and threading work for you. It doesn't matter whether it's a single part or a small to medium series.

In order to meet increasing quality demands, we continuously invest in the latest manufacturing technologies. This includes regular updates and expansion of the CAM system. Simultaneous milling on our 5-axis machines enables a wide variety of shapes and surfaces to be created – for example, components for aviation, vacuum, and medical technology.
