Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
Personnel management and development of QS employees
Quality planning in close cooperation with production management, work preparation to ensure customer requirements and product conformity in manufacturing
Ensuring and further developing quality assurance in manufacturing
Ensuring and continuously promoting a high understanding of quality through training and coaching of quality-relevant processes.
Handling complaints and direct communication with customers/suppliers
Conducting and supervising external and internal audits in close cooperation with the QM management
Continuous improvement of testing strategies and testing planning
Key user of our CAQ software (Syncos)
Excellent technical training with further education in the field of quality assurance
Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance
Structured work style, organizational talent and good communication skills
Strong leader
Flexibility, strong teamwork skills and high methodological competence
Proficiency in using common computer programs (e.g., MS Office)
Very good German and English skills
