Your responsibilities:

Your profile:

  • Monitoring, further development and optimization of the integrated quality management system

  • Ensuring compliance with standards according to EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001

  • Planning, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits

  • Responsible for certification and customer audits, as well as ensuring compliance with audit, action, and certification deadlines.

  • Management of non-conformance and complaint management (CAPA management (Corrective and Preventive Actions))

  • Monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements (environment, quality, occupational safety, product safety, aviation industry) as well as training and awareness-raising of employees.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements of the aviation industry

  • Analysis of quality indicators and derivation of improvement measures

  • Process management and process optimization (Lean, CIP)

  • Reporting to management and further development of the quality culture

  • Completed studies or training (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, production engineering, or comparable qualifications).

  • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the aviation industry or regulated high-tech production

  • Very good knowledge of the standards EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001

  • Experience with audit methods and the development of quality management systems

  • Methodological expertise: 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, risk management

  • Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety law is desirable.

  • Lean / Six Sigma qualifications preferred

  • Proficient use of MS Office and CAQ/ERP systems

  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness in interdisciplinary teams

  • Very good German and English skills
