Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
Monitoring, further development and optimization of the integrated quality management system
Ensuring compliance with standards according to EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Planning, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits
Responsible for certification and customer audits, as well as ensuring compliance with audit, action, and certification deadlines.
Management of non-conformance and complaint management (CAPA management (Corrective and Preventive Actions))
Monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements (environment, quality, occupational safety, product safety, aviation industry) as well as training and awareness-raising of employees.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements of the aviation industry
Analysis of quality indicators and derivation of improvement measures
Process management and process optimization (Lean, CIP)
Reporting to management and further development of the quality culture
Completed studies or training (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, production engineering, or comparable qualifications).
Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the aviation industry or regulated high-tech production
Very good knowledge of the standards EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Experience with audit methods and the development of quality management systems
Methodological expertise: 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, risk management
Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety law is desirable.
Lean / Six Sigma qualifications preferred
Proficient use of MS Office and CAQ/ERP systems
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and assertiveness in interdisciplinary teams
Very good German and English skills
